American Domain Registry provides an annual website domain name profile listing service on our Internet directory. This service includes listing your domain name, contact information, and business category in our publicly accessible database.

Listing Requirements

To be listed in the American Domain Registry, you must:

• Own or have rights to the domain name being listed
• Provide accurate and current contact information
• Maintain an active website at the listed domain
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities

Payment Terms

Payment for listing services is required in advance. We offer the following payment options:

• 1 Year Listing: $224.00
• 2 Year Listing: $380.00
• 5 Year Listing: $840.00

All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. Prices are subject to change but will be honored for active subscriptions.

Refund Policy

Refund requests received within 30 days of the date that payment was received will be honored, no questions asked. No refunds will be issued if greater than 30 days have elapsed between the time the payment was received and the time the refund request was received. Content Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided for your listing is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your listing information if any changes occur. American Domain Registry reserves the right to verify listing information and remove listings that contain false or misleading information.

Prohibited Content

Listings may not contain or promote:

• Illegal activities or products
• Fraudulent or deceptive content
• Harmful, threatening, or abusive material
• Spam or unsolicited commercial communications
• Malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Infringement of intellectual property rights

Privacy Policy

Listing Removal

In cases of removal due to violation of terms, no refund will be provided.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
